What products are available?
Everyday Spices include Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and Coriander Powder. Rajasthan Specials include Whole Mathania Red Chilli, Dried Ker and Dried Sangri.
Which pack sizes are available?
Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and Coriander Powder come in 200 g, 500 g and 1 kg packs. Whole Mathania Red Chilli is available in 200 g. Dried Ker and Dried Sangri are available in 1 kg packs.
How are the Everyday Spices made?
They are slowly stone-ground at a cool temperature, with no artificial colour or added starch.
What is Mathania Red Chilli?
Mathania Red Chilli is a whole dried red chilli from Rajasthan. Use it in tadka, curries and recipes that call for whole red chillies.
Are Ker and Sangri the same ingredient?
No. Ker is a dried desert berry and Sangri is a dried pod of the khejri tree. Together, they are used in the Rajasthani Ker Sangri preparation.
How should I store spices and dried ingredients?
Keep products sealed in a cool, dry place. Use a clean, dry spoon and close the pack properly after use.
